Worked with Tern to redesign their product while improving user experience, functionality, aesthetics, and making it easier to use.
Tern's team was interested in an application redesign to make it easier to use and improve aesthetics. We focused exclusively on Tern’s visual experience and user flow bearing in mind all the limitations of such an approach. It definitely needed some polishing, an improved structure, and greater simplicity in order to create a better user experience.
The redesign had a positive impact. Tern was successful in achieving its vision, the application also ended up securing its place in Snowflake Startup Challenge!
By deeply understanding Tern’s users, their pain points, and their problems, I was much better equipped to redesign the product while meeting the company’s tight deadlines.
