AM wanted to improve the frequency of their marketing materials by designing a solution in order to eliminate dependencies among teams.

To solve the problem of complexity it was crucial to eliminate any unnecessary elements and organize a systematic way that can be customized and reused to send out marketing materials specific to the needs of their respective customers.

Since we needed to do a visual design update, I decided it was a great opportunity to understand and rethink the entire user experience, rather than just port over the features as is.

Future Plans

A values-based roadmap gives you the opportunity to discuss future product plans with a dealer based on what their business objectives are and how our product supports them.

Conceptualization

I started creating the information architecture and low-fi concepts for primary use cases. After having a go-ahead from the Product Manager, developers, and Stakeholders on the mockups, we began to conduct usability tests with the low-fidelity mockups. Once we had confidence in the design, we began digitalizing designs.
